CT Score is a proprietary composite metric that quantifies the operational health of a supply chain network. Latent Risk Intelligence (LRI) is Prozo's predictive risk identification system within Control Tower. Control Tower includes a comprehensive surveillance module with camera mapping across all facilities, live video feeds, automated footage request workflows, sliced video extraction with timestamps, packing table utilisation monitoring, camera alignment verification, and NVR uptime tracking.
