Data Protection & Privacy (DPDP Act, 2023)
Prozo is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers, employees, and partners in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and all related rules.
- Registered as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act.
- All personal data is collected on a consent-based model in compliance with Section 6 of the DPDP Act.
- Data Principal rights are fully honoured, including the right to access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination.
- Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) are conducted for all high-risk processing activities.
- In the event of a data breach, notification is provided to the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours.
- Cross-border data transfers are executed only to jurisdictions approved under Section 16 of the DPDP Act.

Prozo maintains a robust information security programme designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client and business data across our technology platforms - OMS, WMS, TMS, and Control Tower.

Whistleblower Protection

- Disaster recovery plan with Recovery Point Objective (RPO) < 4 hours and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) < 8 hours.
- Multi-region data backup with geographically distributed redundancy.
- Alternate warehouse activation within 48 hours to maintain fulfilment continuity.
- Annual BCP testing and simulation drills to validate preparedness and response effectiveness.
